At NeoEssential Studio, we ship orders across Europe with clear processing times, tracked deliveries, and transparent return conditions. Below you will find all the details regarding production, shipping times, carriers and costs.

🛠️ Production Time

Most of our products are made to order.

This helps ensure fresh quality (for skincare) and reduce waste (for POD items).

Production time:

• 1–3 business days for skincare, serums, soaps

• 1–4 business days for accessories and apparel

You will receive an email once your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier.

• Standard EU Shipping: 8.53 €

Applies to all orders shipped within the European Union (including Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Austria, etc.).

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

• Tracking number

• Tracking link

• Carrier name

• Estimated delivery window

You can track your order at any moment using this link.

Returns & Return Shipping

• Return period: 14 days from delivery

• Returned items must be unused and sealed (for skincare/cosmetics)

• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless:

• The item arrived damaged

• The wrong item was received

• There was a production error

In these cases, we will send a free replacement.
